DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

ADIRA is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Malta Post + DHL
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ADIRA uses Malta Post to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Malta Post unless otherwise selected. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.


DAMAGES

Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault which was already there upon delivery, the product may be returned for a repair/ exchange. Please contact us at adira.label@hotmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

SCRUNCHIE DAMAGES UP UNTIL 2 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE

Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the scrunchie in question. Our scrunchies have a guarantee of 2 months, if you have any concerns up until 2 months of purchase, kindly contact us on adira.label@hotmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address the problem

RETURNS

Being a small fashion brand, we would not be able to accept returns or exchanges at the moment. We quality check before sending out Adira. If you received a defective/damaged product please reach out to us at: adira.label@hotmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern !

SCRUNCHIE & JEWELLERY EXCHANGES

We do not currently process exchanges for online scrunchie or jewellery orders at www.adiralabel.com unless any problem with the item had been addressed.

WRAP TOP EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your notified delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for unworn, non-damaged wrap tops. If the item we receive back is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return (including shipping the product back and shipping out the new product).
